A shared loginis not how a team works.
When several people sign in as one account, nobody knows who changed what, and one person leaving means a new password for everyone. A team workspace gives each person their own account and their own boundary.

Four roles with clear edges
Owner
Full control, including billing and membership. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.
Admin
Manages monitors, channels and the team, without the owner-only areas.
Member
The daily work: creating and editing monitors and handling incidents.
Viewer
Read-only, for people who should stay informed without changing anything.
Joining and leaving
Invitations by email
An invitation is valid for that address only and expires after a set time.
Role changes
A member's role can change later, and the "always one owner" rule is preserved.
Clean removal
Removing a member also clears their on-call shifts and open overrides, so no turn is left orphaned.
Several workspaces
Full separation
Each workspace has its own data, monitors, channels and billing.
Membership in several
One account can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
Closed by default
Anything not explicitly permitted is denied, rather than the other way round.
Where this stops
Roles are fixed
These four exist; custom roles cannot be created.
Seats follow your plan
One person on Free, three on Starter, nine on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
